Holywell Skip Hire is a leading provider of skip hire and waste collection services across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. As a well-established business with a strong local reputation, their existing website was not providing a online presence that reflected the business effectively.
Working alongside a Hertfordshire-based brand agency, we were tasked with designing and developing a new website that would modernise their online presence, strengthen their position within a competitive marketplace and make it easier for customers to book skip hire services online.
Objectives
The primary goal was to create a straightforward online booking experience that allowed customers to quickly select the right skip, choose delivery and collection dates and complete payment online. At the same time, the website needed to support the operational requirements of the business and support ongoing SEO strategy with specific landing pages.

The new website combines a refreshed visual identity with a streamlined booking process that makes arranging skip hire quick and straightforward.
Built using WooCommerce customers can easily select the appropriate skip size, choose delivery and collection dates, provide site information and securely complete their booking online. To ensure orders could only be placed within serviceable areas, postcode validation was integrated directly into the checkout process.
Behind the scenes, the website provides the Holywell team with a clear overview of bookings and customer information, helping simplify administration and improve day-to-day efficiency.
